Welcome to The Lotus Loft. We provide a range of nourishing Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness classes, workshops and trainings at our cosy studio in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.
We specialise in the slower, more nurturing and therapeutic styles of Yoga. What you want and need from a class may change over time, or even from day to day, depending on what life is presenting to you. Yoga & Meditation provides a route to healing for the body and the mind. Our classes offer a Mindfulness based practice that is especially helpful in reducing stress and tiredness that results from the pressures of everyday life.
Owned and run by Yvonne Lucas, Senior Psychotherapist & Advanced Yoga teacher, we offer a safe & welcoming, relaxed and inclusive Space, where you can slow down, soften and take some time to nurture yourself. We have a particular interest in offering Yoga & Mindfulness classes which support your mental and emotional, aswell as physical wellbeing.
Our goal is to help you increase your sense of wellbeing and connectedness, to feel at home, and at ease, within your body and mind. We aim to help make Yoga & Mindfulness accessible, achievable and enjoyable for everyone. Whilst we welcome and cater for all levels, beginners starting their yoga journey are especially supported.
Located just minutes from Kilcoole and Greysones villages, and a stones throw from the coast, our tranquil, light filled, cosy studio overlooks the beautiful grounds of Luisne estate, with lush views of the Wicklow countryside.
