Chair yoga

In this unique and enjoyable class you'll be gently challenged to help you build strength, and bone density, muscle tone and flexibility, healthy stable joints and overall balance. All without having to lie or kneel on the floor, or stand unsupported.

Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, and particularly suitable if you who don't enjoy, or can't easily access floor work for lying, kneeling or seated postures, are recovering from injury, physical trauma, or have restricted mobility. A perfect introduction to yoga for beginners, your yoga Chair will be your new best friend.

Our Classes include Mindfulness and Meditation. The physical practice has the added benefit of inclusion of Resistance Bands to help build strength and stability.
