
Hatha Yoga for mental, physical and emotional balance

Our Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes are Mixed Level Classes, and Suitable for beginners as full instruction is given for each Asana (pose). For maximum benefit, all classes include Pranayama (breath work), Mindfulness Meditation and a Yoga Nidra at the end of class.
Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. Hatha is the default style for Mindful Yoga Practice.
A Hatha Yoga class is a slightly slower paced stretching and strengthening yoga class, with simple breathing exercises and some meditation. This class is great for beginners and anyone who may need or enjoy a nice slow stretch for their muscles, strengthening for the body, and calming for the mind. The slow gentle flow of postures will enable you to create a fit, healthy, strong, more flexible body – at your own pace.
Hatha Yoga is the basis of all Yoga styles. Hatha means “Union”, and the intention of all Yoga is to unify your mind and body. Yoga is in essence a moving meditation.
Focusing on the present moment using breath, movement, and meditation you will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.






Slow Hatha Flow
Following the style of classical Hatha, this gorgeous style of yoga introduces a gentle rhythmic flow, through mindful flowing sequences.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience, as full instruction is provided throughout the class, and modifications are offered for varying levels of experience and ability. Focusing on the present moment using breath, movement, and meditation you will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
