The aim is to empower you to better manage your stress, to feel more relaxed, focused and content in yourself. Ideal for Stress, Anxiety & Mood Management, and to help you relax body & mind.
About these Classes
These specially designed and practical classes incorporate a variety of proven techniques for reducing Stress & Anxiety, and achieving deep relaxation & inner calm – physically, emotionally and mentally.
This course is ideal for complete beginners, as full instruction is provided, but those of you who wish to deepen your meditation practice and expand your repertoire of relaxation techniques will also benefit.
General Information about Classes
Early booking is recommended for all classes as there is a maximum number of participants per class, ensuring maximum participation and personal attention.
Classes are 1 hour 30 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated.
Classes are led by Yvonne Lucas. Yvonne is an accredited Psychotherapist & holds a Psychology MSc, in addition to teaching Meditation, Mindfuness & Relaxation, and Yoga to individual clients and groups. Yvonne has accredited training in the Stress Response & Relaxation Management and the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness, in addition to teaching diplomas in Yoga Meditation, Restorative Yoga & Yinn Yoga. In 2016 Yvonne completed her thesis on the therapeutic benefits of Mindfulness for emotional well being and stress reduction as part of an Msc in Psychology postgraduate training.
