We offer yoga, mindfulness and meditation workshops & mini retreats which run regularly on a monthly basis.
We all need a break from the stresses and strains of life from time to time. It's not always possible to take time out for a full weekend retreat, so our mini options are a great alternative. A morning or afternoon workshop, or full day mini retreat can do wonders for your mental, physical & emotional well-being. It's a great way to take time out for yourself, to recharge and revitalise.
